Terms of use
The rules of the game, in plain words: what you can do with me, and what I can and cannot promise.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms apply to the Lumi GEO Chrome extension and to the Lumi GEO Pro subscription. By installing or using Lumi GEO, you accept them.
Who we are
Lumi GEO is published by Mattéo Springmann, sole proprietor (French micro-entreprise), SIREN 108 123 233, registered in France. Contact: matteospr.dev@gmail.com. The legal notice of the website gives the other details.
The service
Lumi GEO analyses the web page open in Chrome: what AI crawlers see of it, structured data, AI crawler access in robots.txt, SEO, GEO and AEO, and it suggests fixes. It works in Chrome (or a compatible browser) on a computer.
- Free plan: 5 full analyses of different pages a day.
- Pro plan (paid): unlimited analyses, PDF audit and fix plan, the whole site, score tracking and Lumi reading the page with Chrome's built-in AI. The detail of each plan is shown in the extension (Pro button) and on the website.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Lumi GEO. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the extension, nor bypass the limits of the free plan or the Pro lock.
Pro subscription
- Lumi GEO Pro is sold by Lemon Squeezy, the official seller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT, under its buyer terms.
- Prices: €9.99 a month or €89 a year, taxes included, as shown on the payment page. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
- No commitment: you can cancel at any time from the customer portal (Pro button › Manage my subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- After the payment, you receive a license key by email. It can be activated in up to 3 browsers. It is personal: do not share it publicly.
Refunds and withdrawal
The right of withdrawal provided by law is handled by Lemon Squeezy when you buy, under its buyer terms. Beyond it, any refund request is studied case by case: write to matteospr.dev@gmail.com.
Audits and generated content
- The audits, fix plans and reports you produce with Lumi GEO belong to you. You may use them freely, including commercially (for example, an audit sent to your clients).
- The code, the prompt for an AI assistant and the suggested texts are suggestions to check before putting them online. Values marked "TO COMPLETE" must be replaced by real information. You remain responsible for what you publish on a website.
- "Lumi reads the page" uses the AI built into Chrome (Gemini Nano), under Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. Its answers may be imprecise: the extension shows them only when the quoted sentence is found on the page.
No guarantee of results
The "AI-ready" score is an indicator from Lumi GEO, not a measure from Google or the AIs. Following its advice does not guarantee a ranking, a citation by an AI or any traffic. An analysis may be incomplete (slow page, file that cannot be read, content behind a login).
Availability and changes
Lumi GEO is provided as it is. We may change or improve its features. If we stop Lumi GEO Pro, subscribers are told 30 days in advance, and the unused part of a yearly subscription is refunded pro rata.
Liability
We do our best to provide a reliable tool. Except where the law forbids limiting it, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Lumi GEO Pro over the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses (lost revenue, ranking, data) resulting from the use of the extension or of its suggestions.
Personal data
How Lumi GEO handles data is explained in the privacy policy: the analysis runs in your browser and no browsing data is collected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced on the website.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a disagreement, write to us first at matteospr.dev@gmail.com to find a friendly solution. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring the matter before the competent court.
